Many may wonder why a drop-out like Bill Gates has turned out to be a very successful man whose dreams and visions have made our life much easier with his Microsoft regardless of his unfinished formal study. Many may wonder if formal study has somehow little thing to do, if not to say it has nothing to do, with success. Bill Gates stands not only for himself in this case, but also for many other gigantic corporations owner who, if we trace back their educational backgrounds, did not make it in the academic field.
